Ian E. Browning

Ian E. Browning is of counsel in Lubin Olson’s Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and Securities service groups. Mr. Browning has successfully represented clients, individual and corporate, in a wide range of complex commercial matters, including securities and financial markets litigation, corporate fraud, founders’ disputes, and real estate disputes. Mr. Browning has significant experience in the courtroom and with arbitration (domestic and international), as well as conducting internal and regulatory investigations. 

Mr. Browning is well-versed in all stages of civil litigation, including filing and responding to complaints, depositions, motion practice, trial, and appellate proceedings. Recently, Mr. Browning was honored by Thomson Reuters as a Northern California Super Lawyer “Rising Star” from 2020-2023.

Prior to joining Lubin Olson, Mr. Browning practiced litigation at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (in London and New York), Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP (in New York), and Alto Litigation, PC (in San Francisco).
