Hillary Lehmann is Of Counsel in Lubin Olson’s Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation service groups. Ms. Lehmann focuses her practice on the defense and prosecution of complex commercial disputes involving contract claims and business torts in a variety of commercial settings, with a focus on business litigation and real estate litigation. Ms. Lehmann’s business litigation experience includes merger and acquisition disputes, contract claims concerning payment and indemnification obligations, securities disputes, and business fraud. She represents a variety of companies, including startups and technology companies, board members and executives, investment firms, lenders, and real estate developers in commercial disputes. Ms. Lehmann’s real estate litigation experience includes real estate investment fraud, commercial lease disputes, claims against real estate brokers and for non-disclosure in the purchase and sale of real estate, and claims by and against mortgage brokers and private lenders.
Ms. Lehmann has substantial courtroom experience, including several jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, and she has litigated cases in arbitration and resolved many cases in mediation. Among her accomplishments, she has won cases on behalf of her clients in both bench and jury trials, obtained orders dismissing cases brought against her clients, and negotiated favorable settlements in a variety of cases.
