Victoria Phan is an associate in Lubin Olson’s Litigation service group. Ms. Phan focuses her practice on the defense and prosecution of complex commercial disputes involving contract claims and business torts, including matters ranging from breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair competition.

Ms. Phan earned her juris doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she attended as a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. During her time in law school, Ms. Phan was a managing editor for the UCLA Asian Pacific American Law Journal and a board member for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association. Ms. Phan earned her undergraduate degrees in political science and cognitive sciences psychology from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Phan is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association, the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California, and the UCLA Law Alumni Association.

Additionally, Ms. Phan has been honored by Thomson Reuters as a Northern California Super Lawyer “Rising Star” for 2024.

Prior to joining Lubin Olson, Ms. Phan practiced business litigation at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP in Orange County and San Francisco.
