Richard B. Caine is a partner in Lubin Olson’s Real Estate, Business, and Finance & Workouts service groups and is a resident in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. He specializes in real estate and commercial transactions, finance, and general business, corporate, and partnership matters.
Mr. Caine’s practice emphasizes the representation of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers in a variety of areas, including business and real estate dispositions, acquisitions, and other transactions; the formation and counseling of limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations; and the representation of financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in the origination and workout of commercial and real estate loans and in commercial real estate leasing.
Mr. Caine is the past chair of the Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee of the State Bar of California Business Law section and was the reporter for that committee’s Report on Legal Opinions Concerning Limited Liability Companies. He is a member of the State Bar of California Business section.
Prior to joining Lubin Olson, Mr. Caine practiced with Landels, Ripley & Diamond in San Francisco.
