  • Counsel clients regarding the acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential real estate in California and throughout the United States.

  • Represent landowner in sale of 19,000+ acres of timberlands in Mendocino County and related carbon offset project issues.

Marc Centor is a partner in Lubin Olson’s Real Estate, Business, Finance & Workouts, and Construction service groups. He advises clients regarding a variety of real estate matters, including purchases and sales; office, industrial and retail leasing; financing; development; easement negotiations and others.  He has significant experience guiding clients through all phases of their projects and transactions, from preliminary discussions and strategic planning to final negotiations, documentation, due diligence, closing and post-closing matters. Marc also advises clients regarding general corporate issues, corporate formation, joint ventures, commercial operations, agreement negotiations and compliance. He represents a variety of clients, including real estate developers, landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers, renewable energy companies, landowners, non-profit organizations, private equity firms and public agencies.

Marc is a member of the Urban Land Institute, SPUR, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the California Lawyers Association.  Throughout his career, he has provided pro bono counsel to low-income and underserved communities through BASF’s Community Organization Representation Project (CORP).
