Lorraine Madera is an associate in Lubin Olson’s Real Estate, Business, and Leasing service groups. In her real estate practice, Ms. Madera represents owners, developers, investors, and lenders in a wide range of business transactions, including real property acquisitions and dispositions, land development and construction loans, capital raising and joint venture formation, and mortgage and mezzanine financings. She also has experience in corporate finance, equipment leasing, venture capital, and fund formation.

Before joining Lubin Olson, Ms. Madera was an associate counsel at ATEL Capital Group. Prior to that position, she was in-house counsel at an international solar company and also worked as an associate attorney at a boutique corporate law firm.

Ms. Madera was recognized in the 2024 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her work in Real Estate Law.
