Dave Shong is of counsel in Lubin Olson’s Real Estate, Leasing, and Finance & Workouts service groups. He specializes in the handling of commercial real estate transactions, with expertise in dispositions/acquisitions and retail, including food and beverage, office, industrial, and life sciences leasing transactions.

Mr. Shong represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and divestitures, financing, property management, construction, and development. He has extensive experience in commercial leasing transactions representing landlords, tenants, and subtenants in all aspects of commercial leases from letters of intent through terminations in retail, office, industrial, and life sciences. Mr. Shong specializes in representing tenants in retail, including food and beverage, who are leasing nationally.  

Before joining Lubin Olson, he practiced with Mayer Brown LLP in the San Francisco Bay Area and with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York City. He also previously acted as lending counsel for RSF Social Finance, a nonprofit financial services organization based in San Francisco.
