Craig A. Kisylia is an attorney in Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski LLP’s Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and Construction Litigation service groups. Mr. Kisylia’s practice focuses primarily on construction and commercial matters. He handles disputes for a wide range of clients, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout all phases of litigation in both state and federal court and arbitration.
Mr. Kisylia has experience successfully representing clients facing a number of construction-related issues, such as construction defects, differing site conditions, delays, termination, extra work, warranties, and payment and retention withholdings. He also has experience successfully litigating commercial disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets, partnership and corporate agreements, and fiduciary duties.
