Lubin Olson & Niewiadomski LLP is pleased to announce that Kyle A. Withers, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, has been inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Mr. Withers was formally welcomed into the Fellowship at the 2026 LCA Conference & Celebration of Fellows.
The LCA is an invitation-only honorary society of trial lawyers. Fellowship is limited to 3,500 members, representing fewer than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. According to the LCA, Fellows are selected based on their accomplishments in litigation and trial work and their ethical reputation.
Mr. Withers’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate litigation and general business litigation. His results include an $83.25 million jury verdict and a $50+ million arbitration award, and he has handled fourteen trials and arbitrations.
