Philip Sciranka is an associate in Lubin Olson’s Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and Land Use service groups. He has a wide-ranging litigation practice with an emphasis on land use litigation. As a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries, Mr. Sciranka regularly counsels both private and public entities, as well as businesses in emerging and established industries. His representations also involve a variety of complex litigation and compliance work under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and other significant real estate matters.

In his land use and CEQA practice, Mr. Sciranka represents developers, institutions, and property owners in cases involving development projects in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. He has litigated in state, federal, and appellate courts, successfully obtaining multiple defense verdicts involving high-stakes projects. 

In addition to land use and CEQA work, Mr. Sciranka has litigated cases involving contract disputes, corporate fraud, trade secret theft, membership disputes, dissolutions, and receiverships.
