Dillon Kellerman is an associate in Lubin Olson’s Litigation service group. Dillon’s practice focuses on litigating on behalf of businesses and individuals in complex high-stakes disputes. Dillon holds experience from both plaintiff and defense-side representations. He has experience representing various types of businesses, ranging from start-ups to legacy incumbents across industries and matters, including construction disputes, securities, trade secrets, unfair competition, consumer protection and real estate.

Dillon has experience representing shareholders, founders, executive management teams and venture investors in matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duties, securities fraud and data protection and privacy. He is knowledgeable on innovative technological sectors through representations involving blockchains, machine learning data scraping, tokenization, and others.

Dillon’s pro bono matters have included representing individuals seeking to exert their civil rights under section 1983, assisting veterans applying for VA benefits as a VA accredited counselor (and appealing rejections), and defending small businesses targeted by predatory strike suits.
